The rock waterfall feeding the wetland pond at Monkey Forest, lotus in the foreground

The quietest
corner.

A rock waterfall feeds the wetland pond. Lotus, reeds, and the sound of water over stone. Nobody hurries here.

The waterfall pond

A better way
to live.

  • Seeds of Wisdom. A timber-vaulted room of books on the water, with a long white table for the days you want company and a window seat for the days you do not.

  • A glass gable on the lily pond. Morning tea on the deck, the fountain going, and fifty-five kinds of birds doing the rest.

  • A rock waterfall feeds the wetland pond. Lotus, reeds, the sound of water over stone. The quietest corner of the forest.

  • A restaurant and cafe in the trees. Long lunches at the white table, candlelit dinners by the water, and a library to walk back through.

Stay
the night.

Villa 46 and Villa 50, two villas inside the forest, can now be booked for the night. One room, a whole villa, or both.
